Equisports Massager

Yesterday, I wrote a new post on Sirgo all about the Equisports Massager which is a great little machine that can make massaging you horse very easy. It means that you will be able to attend to your horse and keep him in top condition without having to book a massage therapist to come each week.

You can find the article about this little appliance, Equisports Massager, by following the link. In the article you will learn a little about equine anatomy and the wonders of massage therapy. Then it goes on the explain how the Equisports Massager can be a great alternative to a therapist and shows you how you can use it on your horse.

I hope you will enjoy the article.

I have just written a new post on Sirgo about equine massage. This is just a general introduction to the subject and gives an idea of what massage can do for your horse.

You can read the post, Equine Massage, by clicking on the link. It gives and outline of what equine massage therapy is, it lists the benefits to your horse if you get him massaged periodically, and it gives you some indication of behaviour that would especially benefit from a massage.

I hope you enjoy the post and that it can get you thinking about how you can help your horse through massage therapy.

Guidelines Of Equine Massage

I have a new post on my website, www.equinemassage.co.za which is all about the Guidelines of Equine Massage.

Equine massage is a great treatment for your horse and no top human athlete would be without a massage therapist. However, you cannot just go out and massage a horse when ever. There are times when it is not appropriate and could actually harm the horse

This post talks about when you should massage your horse and when you should leave well alone. Then it talks a little more about the basics of massaging your horse.

If you are using a massage machine then it is good to bare these thing in mind so that you don't harm your horse when you are trying to do the best you can for him.

Welcome To My Equine Massage Blog

Some years ago, when I owned a few horses I started getting interested in massage. My daughters pony used to have problems with laminitis and a friends endurance Arab had problems with colic. I had learned when working with humans that massage can help with constipation and a whole lot of other things...but it was this that set me off on a journey with massage therapy for horses.

This blog is about equine massage therapy and all the tricks and ideas that I have found out through the years and about the tricks I come across online. I love helping these huge elegant animals so I hope my blog here will help you help your horse.

Horses are the biggest athletes in the world and we use them for a multitude of disciplines yet we don't often treat them with the respect that we could. What top athlete do you know that doesn't rely on massage as one of the tools to keep them on top?

Why not offer this for your horse.

Welcome to my blog.
